MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR
Covenant Park Bible Camp is looking for a Maintenance Director to join our team!
We’re looking for an all-around handyman who enjoys working with their hands, can problem-solve, and works well with staff and volunteers. This person plays a vital role in keeping Covenant Park safe, welcoming, and ready for the hundreds of guests and campers who come through our doors each year.
Some responsibilities include:
• General repair and maintenance around camp
• Mowing and grounds care
• Snowblowing and winter maintenance
• Winterizing camp facilities
• Preparing buildings and grounds for our busy spring and summer seasons
• Preventative maintenance
• Responding to maintenance needs of guests, including occasional urgent after-hours needs
• Assisting with hands-on work during construction and renovation projects
• Working alongside and helping coordinate volunteers
Hours:
Approximately 40 hours per week during the spring and summer, with reduced hours of approximately 10–15 hours per week during the winter months.
Pay:
$16–$18 per hour, depending on experience.
