Spring Quilt and Craft Retreats

April 10-14, 2024 and April 17-21, 2024

It is a relaxed time for you to decide what you want to do and when you want to do it. Quilt and craft, take a hike, sit by the lake, read a book-the schedule is yours to enjoy and come and go as you wish. 

Work areas will be setup in the main room of the Lakeside Lodge, approx 4-6ft of table space is provided for each guest. Kitchen will also be available in this building for meal preparation. The kitchen is fully furnished with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, cookware and dishes. All housing units have bathrooms available in the building, and are handicap accessible. Please note on your registration if you will need handicap accommodations. We look forward to having you! 

Lakeside Lodge or Borgen Cabins: $52/night. For day use only, rate is $15/day. Please include a 20% deposit with your registration.

You may arrive anytime after 9am on the day of your arrival. Checkout is 2pm Sunday. If leaving before Sunday, there is no required checkout time.  

Spring Work Days

All are welcome to come help us get camp ready for summer! Lunch will be provided. Project info coming in April.

Open House

June 29, 2024 | 1-7pm

A free afternoon of fun for all ages to explore all camp has to offer! Activities include swimming, sit by the beach, play volleyball, go fishing, enjoy a camp fire or sauna, take a walk, kayak, play yard games, and more. Plus climbing wall and zipline, tubing, crafts, giant slip n slide, pontoon rides, worship and speaker Layne Johnson (Moose Lake Covenant). 

Dinner provided by camp- burgers, hot dogs, watermelon, chips and drinks.

All Night Blitz

March 22-23, 2024

Event time: 8pm-5am (see below for drop off and pickup times specific to locations.). | $35/person Scholarships Available! 

An area wide youth group event sponsored by Covenant Park and local Covenant Churches. Open to anyone grades 8-12. 

Inflatables, games, prizes and snacks at Mission Cov, Adventure Zone, Worship and baptism at Salem Cov.  Transportation from event locations provided. 

Choose a drop off and pickup location during registration, locations: Mission Cov (Poplar), Moose Lake Cov and Salem Cov (Duluth).

Drop off and Pick Up Times: 

Mission 8pm and 5am

Salem 7:15pm and 5:45am

Moose Lake 6:30pm and 6:15am

Man Camp

February 29-March 2, 2024

A weekend of guy time- delicious food including BBQ by Holy Smokes, ice fishing tournament, snowmobile day trip, broomball, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, cribbage tournament, sauna, polar plunge, coffee by the fire, chapel worship with speaker Scott Nelson as he shares on " A Band of Brothers"...For all guys 14 and up. *Ages 14-17 must be accompanied by an adult. We encourage this to be a time to grow as men across the generations.

Summer Getaway Weekend

June 28-30, 2024

A an opportunity for anyone and everyone to come enjoy camp! Rent a cabin, RV or tent space, enjoy optional activities and worship sessions! Perfect for a personal weekend away to connect with some new friends, a family getaway, or a weekend with friends! 

Activities include lots of free time to swim, sit by the beach, play volleyball, go fishing, enjoy a camp fire or sauna, take a walk, kayak, play yard games and more. Plus climbing wall and zipline, tubing, crafts, worship and speakers on Friday evening, Saturday evening and Sunday morning, smores, family game night, scavenger hunt, giant slip n slide, pontoon rides, color games, skit night presented by Covenant Park staff and more! FULL SCHEDULE

Registration is by housing unit, no individual person registration is required.

Housing Options: 

Tent Space 20 or 50 amp electric $30/weekend

RV space: 20 or 50 amp electric. common water access available to fill tanks. No sewage. $70/weekend

Village Cabin: 9-13 twin beds *depending on cabin, 1 full bed, nearby bath house, heat and AC. $110/weekend

Borgen Cabin: 9 twin beds, 1 full bed, private bathroom, handicap accessible heat and AC. $130/weekend

Lakeside Lodge Cabin: 12-13 twin beds, 1 full bed, common bathroom and gathering space, handicap accessible, heat and AC. $130/weekend

Private Rooms: 1-2 twin beds, nearby bathouse, heat and AC. $30/weekend 

Meals are an optional add-on and may be purchased individually for an additional fee. Select which meals you would like to have on your registration. Families are also welcome to utilize fire pits (wood provided), or bring grills, camp stoves, croc pots ect. All cooking must be done outside of the cabins. There are also a few local restaurants near camp and TJs convenience store in Mahtowa. 

Cancellation, Transfer and Refund Policy for Youth Camps and Retreats

Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers: If a camp or event needs to be cancelled due to a stay at home order or other guidelines restricting camp operations, a full refund will be provided to all participants, including deposit. Cancellation on the part of the participant 5 days or more prior to the start date of the camp or event will be subject to a full refund minus the 20% deposit. Cancellations within 1- 5 days of the start of the camp or event will be charged 50% of the camp fee. Cancellations or no shows after the start of the camp or event will be charged in full. Cancellations involving a t-shirt purchase will be charged the $12 tshirt fee if cancelled after June 1.

Transfers: Campers may switch to another camp within the same calendar year as space and opportunity allows. There will be no added fees for transfers, other than any difference in the cost of the camp. Payments may not be credited to an account to be used in another calendar year in the event of cancellation or over payment for a session.
